I work from home and I am going to help out a bit if I can.... I very recently started working for a company that is something"similiar" . You must call immediately and ask them to do an autoshipment cancellation. Also take anything you have received and send it back in individual packages to the companys return address and GET a TRACKING number for your items!!! Most important. The "fine " print is all there, so the company is protected. Unfortunatly I am seeing all this first hand and the gratification I get is sending back refunds to these people :-) In a 5 hour day I took 1 order and the rest were cancellations and people upset that their cards were charged all this extra money! Why should you cancel your card! Also get an order number if they tell you the don't have a "confirmation" number. Also get the agents ID that is refunding you!
