When I go to Walmart or any other store, I leave my yorkies at home. And I would NEVER leave them unattended in a vehicle, crated or not. In my opinion, that is just asking for trouble.
You have to be very careful, especially in this bad economy. It always amazes me how rude and pushy people can be.
