My Sophie girl has 4 puppies. She ate 2 of the four placentas, and had stomach upset, diareha and vomiting (twice) for two days. She's eating now, but spent an hour this AM going in and out of the house, not wanting to nurse her crying puppies. Everytime she goes outside, she checks the spot that she had chossen to whelp (behind a bush). If she ignores the puppies again, how long do I wait until I step in to take over feeding. I've never had this happen before, I was upset.
