There are many programs out there that can allow you to get out to see a webcam... There is a program called VNC (not the mot secure program) to control your desktop at home. VNC allows you to set whatever ports you want so then it is just a case of finding one the governement is not blocking. Otherwise some software can turn your desktop into a "Webcam Server" and all you need is a web browser with java to view your webcam. |
