This is a little graphic but important. A little seven month old Terrier was taken from his loving home then butchered and tortured by two scum bags as it was being video taped. The poor little guy tried to escape on stumps to get away from his attackers. PLEASE SIGN the petition to get these two pieces of crap the maximum. The maximum has never been given out so this will be the first. Thanks for your help. Elaine
