 What a difference a week makes!
Puddin' will be 10 wks old on Friday. Last week she stood placidly in the sink as I bathed her. She shivered and looked at me pitifully, but she stood stock still. Today, only a week later, she was slipperier than a salmon and just as determined to get away!
Our bathroom, which is huge, has a step down to the dressing area. The sinks and shower are one step up. Last week Puddin' was too small to navigate that step. We discovered a couple of days ago that she is now capable of it...by finding what my husband calls "parcels" on the shower floor.
Now I have put a puddle pad in the shower for her and she goes in there to use it...it is the farthest point in the room from her food and water dishes and bed.
I can only imagine what next week will bring! |
