I would not breed them if their bile acids are high, but I would also recommend retesting at some point. High bile acids aren't always MVD or Liver shunt, although they are very common in yorkies. My yorkie had high bile acids and was diagnosed with hepatic lipidosis and did not have MVD. I would retest after a period of time with no medications and then do further testing from there.

and i too think it is wonderful that you tested your dogs first! I know you will be so disapointed if you aren't able to breed them, but it's best to make sure you have the best chance of bringing healthy puppies into this world
