I so wish I was closer to you........I would help form a group to look around that neighborhood that he might have been seen in. If it was him, he's probably soooo scared and might not let anyone approach him. I don't want to worry you more, but it is good news if it could be him that he has been seen. Praying that he can be picked up by Loving arms & brought to You!!
