...she went into her first "heat". She will be 7 months in 3 days...in all my reading here, it seems that is the avg age. I wouldn' have really known but I had been holding and rocking her at the computer, gave her to hubby to go to the restroom and when I looked in my bathroom mirror there was a good sized stain on my t-shirt. Sent hubby out to get some baby diapers to wear while we're loving on her. I was really hoping to up her weight a bit and get her spayed soon but looks like it'll have to wait for a while. Any other advice? I've never really had to deal with this as an adult...our retriever/ lab spends most of her time outside so we didn't have a prob with her spotting on the furn, etc.

ETA: typing with one hand is not my strong "suit"...^little lulu belle
