I'm so glad you gave us an update, this is just heartbreaking, it could happen so easily. Puppies seem like that want to put everything in their mouths, and I knew it was bad, but didn't know it was that bad. My prayers are with you, and please don't be too hard on yourself, this could happen to anyone. I just don't think this is something that the average pet owner is aware.
