Is there a reason why he is not neutered? If he is guarding his toys do not let him have free access to the toys. Make him earn them and after he plays you will need to put them up. Neutering will help with not only his health and well being but also his dominance and aggression issues. The agitation is most likely do to him not being neutered and will not go away if his is not. If he is acting this way and you do not neuter him the behaviors will only escalate
