Whether they should be bred or not depends on if those results are not skewed by something.
Some things that could possible skew the results are certain drugs given a week or two before the test (we don't know what ones these are, so all drugs should be avoided before testing), smelling food before the test (some would say), the gallbladder contracting while the blood is being drawn, a high protein diet (again only some would say it is related), etc.
If those numbers do stay up, there is a strong possibility of a liver functioning problem and they should not be bred.
You may want to retest in a month before jumping into too much testing if they are asymptomatic. Don't give any drugs within a couple weeks of the test though.
