I use the Guardian Gear Two-Step harness on both of my guys. If sized & adjusted properly they can't reach it to chew it.

I recently purchased another brand, but it doesn't fit as well & Gus can chew it. So, if you can go with the Guardian Gear, or make sure to try it on in the store.
