Good point Bama...as I didn't think to ask about the tail...but I believe Parti's and Biewers started out as the same dogs. Would love to know how the dog got to rescue.
I also don't have a problem if a rescue organization trys to market their dogs to get them adopted no matter what....as long as they fix them. Heck you saw some of my rescue Yorkies and they were very poorly bred..even Feebie who has AKC papers.
And then there is little Bella who is a black and tan Yorkie...a no no..
