My house in Phoenix was in an older section just off I-17 and it had cement blocks. From what a lot of the old timers tell me area's that used to be country/farm are all now subdivisions and they are all putting up the walls now. In Tucson even in the old sections and poorly run down sections they also have the walls...it sure is nice with the dogs and if you want to be outside without much on...
