In fact, a puppy from the moment of birth can be a service dog "in training" with all the rights, privileges and recognition as a fully trained service dog. The training for a service animal can be life long...in fact they love to learn more and more once they have gotten a taste of learning.  |

I think she meant that there was a couple of people here saying they thought service dogs would be all the way house trained...Am I RIght?
