I dont know of a breeder in Ohio.But i just wanted to say that i am close to you and i got my Neo from a man named Alex in Toledo Ohio.I cant find where i put his info but DONT buy from him.He ripped me off my papers but other than that if i had to do it all over again i would(i love him more than my kids shhhhhhhh)LOL j/k.Just thought that i would tell you to stay away from all breeders named Alex.
