You did a very good thing by telling her what someone needed too!

I'm sorry, but friends should be able to tell each other things like this and still be able to be friends. If she was a good friend I'm sure she'll realize that you only have the best of intentions!

She really needs to read up on the importance of vaccinations and certainly about taking care of dogs in general. Sound like she is really being irresponsible and careless.

I'm sure in a couple days when the responsibilities of dog ownership set in she'll be running to you for help!
