Useually its easiest to attach it while you are sewing the vest, you would use a peice of harness or even heavy ribbon and attach it on the middle of the neck. If it is already all together than you can also use a heavy ribbon and make sure to sew a zigzag stich and back stich that a few times to secure it. It should go somewhere close to the top of the back of the neck or at the middle of the bottom. |
