Yes, I've been dehydrating meat for Bailey for over a year now. Its great!! I was scared of the China thing too. So, I bought a dehydrator (approx $65). I rotate the trays every hour - and they're done in about 4 hours. I dehydrate turkey, beef and venison. I haven't tried chicken yet - but I will do some this weekend!!!
