i really do think a lot of people don't know anything about the breed & that most people often see celebrities with their "teacup - so small i'll carry it in my purse" yorkie, which is really aggrivating.
i actually get a different response when i bring riley with me places. he's 4 pounds and people say "oh my gosh he's so small shouldn't he be bigger? how old is he? he's still a puppy right?" even my dad was joking around with me and said that he's malnourished lol. it shouldn't matter anyway, people make size a big deal because they dont know any better and it is annoying. size should definitely not be a determining factor whether its a purebred yorkie or not!
YT should make a documentary about yorkies and give it to animal planet or oprah...
