You really shouldn't let her bounce off the walls Vicky. It can be quite dangerous I hear.
Please don't die. This too shall pass although you will be completely and totally exhausted when she's finished with this phase. Have you learned to sleep with your eyes open yet?

Aw, sorry he's going so far from home. Did he get a new job? Don't panic. You'll be OK after the shock wears off. It's hard to watch the kids leave the nest isn't it. I miss my chickadee too.
