
No, I didn't slice them when they were partially frozen, but, that is a good idea. I think it would slice easier that way...I'll try that next time. Yes, you do get a lot from one breast because they are sliced so thin. What do yo think about the turkey breask jerky? Or even beef jerky, although I think the chicken and turkey would be healthier. I try do at least two breast (chicken) at a time, since I have to keep my oven on so long.
