I couldn't help but read this thread and add my comment.
Duke is 6 lbs and he's 16 months. I was so happy when the vet told me he's 6 lbs. As long as our little ones are healthy, their size should not matter. I would love for Duke to get bigger if he can but I'm happy with the way he is.
I've seen smaller yorkies and Duke would be "big" to them too.
I just wish that those interested in teacup and now micro size yorkies understand the breed and its health risks before getting one or critizing others.
