I came across one like this in Hampton, Va a few months ago. I know the SPCA is very small and busy here, so I reported them to PETA which is in Norfolk. Very close to Hampton. I hoped they'd expose them like the exposure of Petland, but I haven't seen it yet.

It's very sad. The puppies in the Hampton store looked so sad on the internet pages I seen. Why don't people look into the dog's eyes and see how unhappey they are. So Sad!!!
