Ok . . . I am a fairly new yorkie owner, and I am wondering about matting. Do the silky coats mat less? My furbutt . . . knock on wood . . . (knocking on my head LOL) . . . does not get matted. Now he is only seven months old . . . and he does have some hair. Is it mainly the cottony coat that mats so badly? Sorry if this is a "crazy, stupid, newbie" question!
