Thank you both so much. I have an animation program that comes with Paint shop pro, and I can take a movie and change it to a gif file. The file is way too big, for Yorkietalk, so I have to reduce it to only about 8 pictures, and that's the hard part. Another way to do it is to take a series of pictures from a movie. Most movie programs allow you to take a "snapshot" of one picture, and just put all the snapshots together in one file. Any animation program could do that.
