My Pookie has the same thing. When we first got him he started off with just a little runny nose. We took him to the vet and she gave him Clavamox, and he's been on it for about two weeks. Then he started sneezing, and now it sounds like he's choking or trying to hawk something out of his throat. But as I have read, it's just going to take time for the puppies to heal from kennel cough. Hope your puppies get better!
