I would highly recommend GiGi w/Blumoon. She is one of the few breeders I would ever recommend. Michele is right about her doing EVERYTHING mentioned. I'm not crazy about males being neutered so early (another subject) but certainly understand why she does so. And in order to get one of her puppies I accepted the neutering as part of the deal.
My Reno is a Blumoon baby and I couldn't be happier with him - he is exactly what I wanted in my yorkie.
I'm not aware of her retaining any ownership rights. Her contract is one that any responsible exhibitor/breeder would use.
