We ( well
I ) had originally wanted ebony cabinets and white(ish) granite , but dh figured the dogs and kids would make short work of black cabinets so we changed the color scheme hoping light cabinets wouldn't show scratches and dings quite as much.
Dh loves stone and I wanted all glass tile around the whole kitchen ....it took us
atleast three months to agree on a tile , but now I like it. Dh likes to cook as much as I do ( hence the tile compromise on my part....I enjoy the nights he cooks !
) and even my boys like to cook , so the kitchen gets alot of use and with the boys cooking we needed something that could come clean easily and handle them!
I can't wait for the rest to be done
but atleast I can cook again ( who ever thought I would miss that ?! )
