Oh my.....If I saw something like that, I would take my grooming shears and definitely give him a trim so the poor guy could see along with some treats!! I'm not telling you to do this...but HOW SAD!!! POOR BABY BOY...Snickers is so beyond smothered by his dad and I...I just don't get it. Why have a dog if it lives outside and not part of the family!!??
