I have bought and shipped w/no problems. You build a realtionship over the course of wating for your puppy to be ready or even bred. I have dropped off for a friend a couple of times at my Airport ( it was biger ) and she made sure everything was PERFECT and I had to freeze the water so the puppy could lick it while in flight so it would not spill out. She would call to make sure I had froze it...lol So, a good breeder makes all the difference. Airlines makes me nervouse if I have family or pets on them.
