I am sorry your foster dog is having seizures. I have no advice for you, but to get him to the vet ASAP, as you have mentioned your going to. Keep him warm and make him as comfortable as possible. Decrease any kind of stress he might be having, and if there are any other animals in the house, keep him away from them, only to help him feel less anxious. I hope this little guy is going to be ok and feel better.
