I posted pictures a month ago of Tricksie, she had the same thing, it even spread to her shoulders. I gave her 1/4 teas. of Benedryl twice a day and put Hydrocortisone cream on her. She is on Comfortis for fleas but that must have been what was wrong, found one tiny flea. She must be allergic to them.
