the two together are a little like yours, although Sam will play with Harley BUT Harley doesn't know his boundaries very well so sometimes he goes just a bit to far. When Sam has had enough he starts to go after Harley, not to hurt him but to say "no means no, I have had enough of you". It takes a while for Harley to understand this but he is getting better at reading the signs. They do sleep together, Samson will look around the house if Harley appears to be missing (this usually means Harley has curled up in a corner somewhere to sleep) so I know he kind of likes Harley.
The thing I am working on the hardest right now is Harley takes over eating time. Sam will step back while Harley eats but Harley will eat both his food and Sam's food. So I have had to do the pack leader thing during eating times.
Really though they are getting along a lot better and this has helped me to relax!
