Hi everyone

We have an adorable rescued yorkie called Bella. According to the vets she is about two and a half. They would not tell us all the abuse Bella suffered but I do no she had one litter and was pregnant with another when she was rescued. The vet removed the babies and gave Bella a hysterectomy. She has (in the past year) never been anything of a problem and gets on well with our other dog and three cats.

We all love her very very much but she is just sooo affectionate that it is making her a bit of a problem. She is not satisfied with being on your lap or sitting with you but must be stroked and tickled all the time or she gets down and goes to someone else. Visitors have the same treatment and not all of them like it.

We persistently tell her no but although she will wince after about 2 seconds she tries again. This doesn't sound a problem but it is (not that I would ever send her away)

Please help
