I think the new furbaby will bring you healing laughter and joy. For us, it's been 2 years exactly since we lost Brutus; I got Maxwell within the month of our loss; we STILL call him "Brutus" a lot by mistake, but he makes us remember Brutus and enjoy him and his very different looks and personality. He has giving us so many reasons to laugh and enjoy his antics, while we still remember so very fondly of Brutus.
