Inexcusable Petsmart! I am so upset by your story! I hope that, in time, your grief will abate somewhat...though I know you'll always think of your loss. I agree with everyone that you should pursue littigation on the matter, but perhaps you should wait until you feel less fragile. I used to buy things at Petsmart all the time, but now I am going to stop...Hope to hear in an update that you are doing better and maybe Petsmart will apologize and offer you some monetary recompense in the meantime...though I know you'd rather have your furbaby back. Be gentle with yourself...our thoughts are with you!!!
