Did you change any of your sleeping routine??? Add something different that makes noise?? I have a 10 year old yorkie, he slept with me till I had to wear a heart monitor all thru the night, the thing made all kinds of noise, well JD moved out of my bed and hasnt slept with me since!! He'll lay on the bed but when nite time rolls around he's to his own bed.. It took me a long time to accept it.. but in all other ways he's a loving protective pooch. Good luck, hope he does better than my JD and rejoins you!
