OMG I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!!!!!!!!!! You poor thing & your poor little Bella. What an awful tragic thing to happen to your baby. Make them pay!!!!
I think I will boycott Petsmart just on the principle of your ordeal!!!
