There are far too many people who are not responsible pet owners. Just got an owner surrender today that the people are dumping because they bought a new home and want to "assume a fresh start". They are keeping their children .. for now at least.  |
There was a thread on here once, and the person was breaking up with her boyfriend and had 4 dogs between them. They both wanted a "fresh start".
