mary, i am so sorry that you haven't found yoshi yet! do you think it's possible that someone has him at their house but they think that he is too cute, and they do not want to return him?
i had a friend who once got his dog stolen out of his backyard. it was really sad, because he loved her and always spoke about her like she was his daughter, his eyes would light up whenever he talked about her.
honestly, the only thing i can think of right now is if you have poster up that say REWARD. my friend lost her dog recently, and she put up signs with a $2000 reward. (it's not a yorkie) she figure that those people wouldn't be able to keep her dog even if they wanted to because someone else will turn them in if they tried to keep it, and that they wouldn't be able to sell it for that much money either.
she did eventually find the dog.
it is also possible that someone has yoshi in their house but they don't know how to return him to you and they are not in a big hurry to find you because they love yoshi too.
i really hope that you find yoshi soon mary! i am so sorry you are going through this!
