I have an Alexandrine parrot 'Asia' he's 24 years old this april and I also hand fed him as a baby.Remy my yorkie has a high prey drive ( she's very much a terrier ) so I don't trust her. Asia is let out only when I'm there to supervise the dogs.Asia's favorite game is to throw one of his toys on the floor so that Remy will grab it and run, and then he yells for me to get the toy back ,which involves me chasing Remy around the house. Asia also likes to alert Remy when the mailman is coming up the driveway so that the dogs will run to the window and make a lot of noise....they drive me nuts!
