I am so embarassed about Fiona's barking behavior. Whenever we go outside, weather it be another dog, someone walking on the street, or an odd noise, she will bark and carry on forever. I have tried to walk away from the person or animals, bring treats out with me, and try to distract her, or simply just pick her up and go inside, and try again when the cost is clear. Now, don't get me wrong, I have no problem with her barking to let me know that someone/something is around, but when it is NON STOP, I just dont know what else to do. Anyone else have any suggestions?
