I'd go by there myself if the police are not going to. Be nice to the parents by explaining that she called you and though she said it was a prank, you just had to see if she possible did have your Yoshi. Be prepared that the parent may be just as bad as their daughter and will take her side. Or you might luck out and find that they are nice people. Also, knock on the neighbors doors too and ask if they seen them with a yorkie. Go to the nearest vets and give them Yoshi's fliers. What a horrible person she is!!!
