I'm sorry that I can't really offer any guidance on what the problem might be, but just wanted to send you hugs and say I hope Samira gets better soon. I went through a "mystery" problem with my puppy recently, and it was so difficult having no idea what the problem was. It sounds like poor Samira has been going through this even longer. I hope she gets better soon!!
