But unfortunately, when the government offers welfare to "needy" people, only makes them more dependent, and not appreciative of what they have.She should be forced (I really didn't want to use that word, but nothing else comes to mind) to work, and to provide for her kids, they are hers, and she wanted them, right? If she starts receiving donations, welfare and help, in a few years cases like this wont be news anymore.

Where my parents live, this is the reality. People apply and get welfare and food stamps regardless if they need it or not, they cheat the system. The one time my family needed help when I was growing up with my little brothers medical bills we couldn't get help. All the money was going elsewhere. It really makes me mad.
