Can you list all of the blood work that has been done?
If she hasn't had a Spec cPL to check for pancreatitis and a TLI with B12 and folate to check for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and vit. b abnormalities, I would do that immediately.
Other than that, have you tried Metronidazole and Tylan?
If all this has been done and she is strong enough, she will likely need an intestinal biopsy to check for lymphangiectasia, protein losing enteropathy, lymphosarcoma, etc., etc., etc. It may just be severe IBD or something.
