At PETCO, we are dedicated to providing you and your dog with a high quality, fun and educational experience. Our Canine Education Classes focus on helping you and your dog become better friends. Our experienced Instructors are here to help you develop a strong bond as well as solve many problems and misunderstandings between you and your four legged friend.

Group Classes
These classes are offered nationwide. The Group Class is a program designed to socialize dogs and provides useful lessons. Everyone will learn something from this program. All of our Canine Education Classes include a Parenting Guide Book to assist you in teaching your companion.

Puppy Class
We offer new puppies an opportunity to start life on the right paw. Our Puppy Classes include many useful lessons to help solve housetraining problems, chewing and teething, digging, and more. You will also learn many useful lessons to help your puppy grow up to be a happy addition to your family. Puppy Classes are designed for puppies 8 weeks to six months of age.

Basic Class
The Basic Class is designed for older puppies and adult dogs. This class begins with an orientation without your dog so you and the instructor can get to know each other and learn lessons to help start you and your dog off right. Each week, the Instructor will teach you various lessons to use in everyday life, as well as discuss many topics of interest. This class is also designed to help solve basic behavior problems and help you better understand your dog.

No matter which class you choose, we will help you succeed. Our goal is to ensure you are successful throughout the program and happy with the results. Get your dog trained right at PETCO!

My little guy is going on 4 years old! I had him signed up before at our local college but they cancelled the class due to lack of enrollment. So now I've decided to try Petco!
