i was not trying to be argumentative or accusatory, first and foremost i wanted to make sure she and samira were okay
however, if you are going to state that orders will be shipped by a certain date and put it in writing, if you cannot follow through, you need to communicate this
no one is asking that she spend time making our items over caring for a sick furbaby but i assumed items were shipped on the date she said since she updated after about samira but did not mention that orders had NOT gone out....KWIM? i am not trying to to mean! i just think it is fair to the customers to be told what is going on
